We use information to provide the product, authenticate users, manage subscriptions, enforce plan limits, improve features, provide support, and protect the service.

Operational data may be used to show dashboards, reports, history, and venue workflows inside your account.

We use trusted providers such as Firebase, Google Cloud, and Stripe to host, authenticate, store, process, and secure the service.

These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Arena.OS.

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to operate the service, or with your direction.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and business data.

No system is completely secure, so you should use strong passwords, manage staff access carefully, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.

Some records may remain in backups or logs for a limited period after deletion.

You may update account and company information from the app where available.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible data, subject to legal and operational requirements.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Arena.OS changes.

The effective date will show when the latest version applies.
