Terms and Conditions

By creating an account, subscribing, or using Arena.OS, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you use Arena.OS for a company or venue, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

Arena.OS provides tools for managing gaming stations, sessions, visits, bookings, tournaments, food orders, campaigns, rewards, billing, and related venue operations.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the plan and billing period you select.

Plan upgrades may apply immediately with Stripe prorations. Downgrades may take effect at the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise in the billing screen.

Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund. Your access may continue until the end of the paid billing period.

Free trial access is limited by the plan limits shown in the application.

A company may use the free trial only once. After a paid subscription is created, free trial access cannot be reused for that company.

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into Arena.OS.

You are responsible for ensuring that customer, member, and staff data is collected and used lawfully.

You may not misuse Arena.OS, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, or use the service for unlawful activity.

We may suspend access when we reasonably believe a violation, security risk, or payment issue has occurred.

We work to keep Arena.OS reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, third-party provider issues, or events outside our control.

Arena.OS is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arena.OS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service during the three months before the claim arose.

We may update these terms as the product, business, or legal requirements change.

Continued use of Arena.OS after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
